Marketing Executive – 1 Year FTC

The role is covering a period of maternity and is initially for 1 year, with scope for extension, however this can’t be guaranteed. The role is full time, plus offers hybrid working. What we can guarantee though is the chance to work with some brilliant people achieving great things in an impactful industry. Day to day duties for the role will include:

• Email marketing campaigns
• Sending out marketing materials as well as notifying customers to new product / service releases
• Carrying out feedback surveys
• Website based work via WordPress including content refreshment, news updates etc
• Aiding in aspects of SEO & Google ads
• Writing company blogs & literature
• Proofreading
• Creation & editing video content
• Helping with webinar hosting
• Liaising with 3rd party design agencies
• Event management duties
• Additional duties such as supporting senior stakeholder and directors within the business
• Plus many others

For this position, the hiring manager would like to see someone with below experience and expertise:

• Recent experience in a broad marketing role
• Preferably seeking a marketing graduate or a graduate with a relevant degree such as Business Studies or English etc.
• Skills across the Adobe Suite including InDesign, Photoshop & Premier would be very advantageous
• Must have a strong grasp of MS Office packages
• Excellent communication skills & highly organised
• Creative
• Any experience with Mailchimp, WordPress and CRM Systems would be great.
• Any experience in SEO, PPC & Google Ads would be highly beneficial
• Someone able to commit to a 1 year fixed term contract
• Someone able to commit to a role based in Lincoln, requiring someone in the office for 2 days per week

The role offers hybrid working (x2 days per week in the office) and will be from Monday to Friday with hours of 8:30am to 5:15pm. Depending on someones skills and experience, the role can pay between £28,000 to £32,000 per annum.
